Holiday Gift Idea #2,971: Framed Photography

For the fancy food and wine person in your life (or for you).... One of a kind artwork. Literally. There is only one of each of these pieces. The pictures were taken by the (not really) famed Seattle photographer, Ton Yazici. Or more accurately me.

We have four options at the moment. You can see them hanging in the tasting room or you can simply learn more about them in our online store.

Purple Artichokes in the Market - Black metal matte frame with museum glass on white matting. Dimensions (of the frame): 30 and 1/16 inches by 24 inches. Only 1 available. $200

This picture was taken in the city of Beaune in Burgundy, during a weekend morning farmer's market in the city center in the Spring time. The purple artichoke, very much like the white asparagus, is very 'Burgundy'. This picture, as is the case with all the others were professionally framed at Capitol Hill Frame Central in Seattle. $125

To the Grand Crus - Stressed wood frame with museum glass on cream matting. Dimensions (of the frame): 21 inches by 17 and 3/16 inches. Only 1 available. This picture was taken near Chassagne Montrachet on the side of the road, in between wine tastings. It is just a damn sign but it speaks to us. Not figuratively. Yet. $125

First Tomato of the Season - Light grey metal matte frame with museum glass on white matting. Dimensions (of the frame): 24.75 inches by 19 inches. Only 1 available. This picture was taken in Seattle to celebrate the first cherry tomato of the season. $125

Figs in Beykoz - Stressed wood frame museum glass, cream matting. Dimensions (of the frame): 22.5 inches by 18.5 inches. Only 1 available. This picture was taken on the sidewalk vegetable and fruit vendor stand in Beykoz neighborhood of Istanbul. Even the fanciest neighborhoods of the city has the random, sidewalk vendor stands... as to prove that there is nothing better than a farmer selling his or her own goods on the side of the street, the fancy surroundings be damned. Professionally framed at Capitol Hill Frame Central in Seattle, like the others. $125

For those of you in the wine club, your wine club discounts apply towards these purchases. If buying online, the discounts would show during checkout process.
