It’s Just a Little Crush…

The crush / the harvest has technically started almost a month ago in Texas (yes, yes, they make wine there and some of them are pretty good) but we are just now seeing it accelerate in California, Oregon and here Washington. Some whites and reds are already ready to go but the higher elevation fruit as well as some of the tonier grapes (think Syrah) will need almost another month to harvest. Let’s just say it will be a busy month at Locus.
